The event is held at the Occidental Faro hotel, close to the old town, the marina, and to some of the best coastline in the Algarve. Two full working days: Saturday 31 October (morning) through till Sunday 1 November 2026 (evening).

Because it's in Faro, you can make a week of it. Do the programme first and unwind for a few days after. Or arrive early, relax, then walk into the room clear-headed. Either way, you go home rested and fired up with new purpose and direction - not just clarity, but a break too.
