These terms explain how the Vision to Action Roadmap works, what you receive when you buy, and what we ask of you as a customer.

WHAT YOU ARE Buying
When you purchase the Vision to Action Roadmap, you are buying access to a structured online training programme that helps you create your own personalised roadmap.
The programme includes the training materials, videos, worksheets, prompts, and any support or guidance specifically stated on the offer page or checkout page at the time you buy.
Access to the PROGRAMME
After purchase, you will receive instructions by email showing you how to access the training.
Please make sure the email address you use at checkout is correct.
Access is for your own personal use and is provided for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please do not share your login details, training materials, worksheets, prompts, videos, or any private programme content with anyone else.
By accessing the programme materials after purchase, you acknowledge that your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 ends at that point.
What the programme does and does not PROmisE
The Vision to Action Roadmap is designed to help you think clearly, make decisions, and create a practical plan you can follow.
It does not guarantee a specific financial result, business result, personal outcome, or level of progress.
Your results will depend on your own situation, decisions, effort, consistency, and follow-through.
We provide the process. You are responsible for doing the work and making the decisions that are right for you.
Refund GUARANTEE
We want you to use the programme properly and give it a fair chance. The programme is designed to be completed in two to five days.
If you complete all four stages of the Roadmap, complete the required exercises and deliverables, and do not finish with more clarity and direction than you started with, you may request a refund.
To request a refund, you must email us within 60 days of purchase at: [email protected]
We may ask you to show that you have completed the programme exercises and deliverables before the refund is approved.
Refunds are not available simply because you changed your mind, did not start the programme, did not
have time to use it, or decided not to continue after purchase.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
PAYMENTS
Payment is taken at checkout using the payment method shown on the checkout page.
The price you pay is the price shown at the time of purchase.
Any taxes, currency conversion charges, or payment provider fees are your responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise.
SUPPORT
If support is included with your version of the programme, the details will be shown on the offer page or checkout page.

We aim to respond within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Support is there to help you access and use the programme. It is not unlimited consulting, technical support for unrelated tools, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, medical advice, or professional advice outside the stated programme content.

All programme materials remain the property of Vision to Action Roadmap, part of Build Digital Freedom Ltd.
You may use the materials for your own learning and planning.
You may not copy, resell, publish, distribute, teach, share, or reuse the materials as your own product or service.
PRIVACY
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
TECHNOLOGY AND ACCESS ISSUES
We will do our best to keep the programme available and working properly.
From time to time, access may be interrupted because of platform updates, technical issues, maintenance, or problems outside our control.

CHANGES TO THE PROGRAMME

Behaviour and MISUSE
We reserve the right to remove access if someone abuses the programme, shares access details, misuses the materials, behaves in a threatening, abusive, or unreasonable way, or uses the programme in a way that damages other customers, the programme, or the business.
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for how you use the programme, the decisions you make, and any action you take as a result.
